Obituary for Bruno Raymond Mandarino

Bruno Raymond Mandarino, age 85, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away surrounded by his family at his home on March 17, 2020. He was born on August 7, 1934 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ollie and Thelma Mandarino. He moved to Pocatello at a young age. Bruno graduated from Pocatello High School in 1952.
Bruno married Norma Irene Mullins on April 21, 1962 in Pocatello, Idaho.
He joined the United State Air Force on January 14, 1955. He was honorably discharged on January 13, 1963.
Bruno was an active sportsman in hunting and fishing. He loved fly fishing. Bruno loved the sport of baseball especially the New York Yankees. Bruno was an amazing mechanic. He was also member of the NRA.
Bruno was preceded in death by his father, Ollie in 1957; his mother, Thelma in 2001; his brother, Richard in 2017; and his beautiful wife, Norma of 55 years in 2018. He is survived by his sister, Diana Barry of Chubbuck, Idaho; his son, Randy (wife Loretta) Mandarino of Pocatello, Idaho and his daughter, Trudy Mandarino; his nephews, Lonnie Wells, Dan (wife Merrillee) Wells and Bob (wife Camille) Wells; his nieces, Michelle (husband Brad) Hoyt, Anne Kyle, and Emily Mandariono; as well as grandkids, Derek (wife Brittani) Mandarino, Stephanie (husband Marquise) Frye, Shawn (fiance Whitney) Dove, James Sells, Nakita (husband Travis) Schmidt, Lisa Shutt, and Cody Shutt; and many great grandchildren that kept him young at heart.
MILITARY RITES HAVE BEEN CANCELED. THEY WILL BE RECHEDULED ONCE THE COVID-19 QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED.
